Dar colleagues,

We have hired a photographer to take photos of our personnel for the company Web site. The images will be posted in the “Our People” section. They will be accompanied by a brief profile of each employee. Please make sure to dress professionally for these pictures. All staff should be in formal attire to show that we are serious about our work and clients. We should try to make as good an impression as possible.

The photos will be taken on September 13. If you will not be in the office on this day, we can make other arrangements. Please notify your supervisor in advance.
