M: Sorry I'm late. They're restoring the monument at Bennington Circle. All the workers and equipment are blocking a lane of Palmer Road.
W: I know, the traffic's been horrible during the restoration. I decided to take the train in to the office. Well, now that you're here, let's get started. Did you get a chance to write the performance reviews for your team members?

W: Of course. I'll have my appraiser come around next week to evaluate these pieces for auction. And you understand that we keep 50 percent of the sale price as a commission, right?
M: Oh! I'm surprised it's so much. I'll have to think about it a little more.
